ACCOMODATIONS SUMMARY: LAYOUT DETAILS: 1) MAIN FLOOR: Enter the property and you will see an unobstructed view of the lake from the large sliding glass window & large 8 x 20 balcony. On the main floor you will find a very well appointed kitchen, dining, a family room with a TV, and a 1/2 bathroom. Large balcony off the main floor has a gas grill and patio furniture. 3) UPPER LEVEL BEDROOMS & FULL BATH: Master: The Large Master Bedroom has a California King bed, a ceiling fan, TV and a large walk-in closet. 2nd Bedroom: Has two sets of bunk beds. One is a twin above a full size bunk bed and the other is a twin over twin bunk bed . There is large walk-in closet. (Room sleeps up to 5) 3) Lower Level Walk-out: Has a large family room, fireplace, TV, full bathroom and a laundry room with front loading washing and drying. The lower level Family room can also convert to another bedroom at night with a queen sofa sleeper and two (2) twin ottoman pull-outs. EXIT THE LOWER LEVEL sliding doors to the patio and Lake Charlevoix is just feet away. There is a grassy common area to gather during the day or at night around the fire pit. Or walk out to your private boat slip and take your PWC for a great ride on the lake. Easy access in and out of slip to the best location on the massive lake for skiing, wake boarding, knee boarding and tubing, etc. Or fish right off the finger of the slip! ~ Our property Accommodates 6 guests comfortably but up to 8 with approval. Although we have plenty of additional sleeping space for up to 11-12, the extra beds/sleepers are there to provide options and/or versatility in the sleeping arrangements. ~ PETS are considered on case by case and only permitted with written approval AND pet fee. PAYMENT OPTIONS/METHODS: Alternative payment method provided for your convenience: 1. One option is a certified check or money order (no extra fees) if property is booked 30 or more days in advance. There are no booking or credit card service convenience fees. 2. I also offer the "option" of using the vacation property online credit card processing system. Some sites may charge a processing or convenience fee to travelers for this service. 3) Alternatively, I accept credit card payments via the square, which will have a 3.25% convenience fee, which is lower than most fees assessed by other listing sites. ~ No weekend only rentals in summer. However, there are periods where you can take advantage of a mid-week deal with early check-in on Monday and a later than usual Check out on Friday. 4 nights/5 days for between 900-1000 depending upon the week. The calendar and rate schedule can be quirky so please don't hesitate to contact owner about availability. MORE INFORMATION ABOUT LAKE CHARLEVOIX South Arm: The water conditions on the South Arm of Lake Charlevoix is typically calmer and warmer than the North Arm of the Lake. Our location is particularly great for fishing, tubing, skiing, knee boarding, and wake boarding. OUR LOCATION on the South arm gives you quick access to great water skiing and wake boarding conditions. We are a short scenic boat ride to the famous narrows and popular fun locations like the only lakeside bar and grill called The Landings. ~We have an onsite sandbox for the little ones which is safely away but adjacent to the lake access. LOCATION SPECIFICS: We are on the South Arm of Lake Charlevoix in South Arm Twp, which is just north of the City of East Jordan. We are on the west side of the lake so you can view beautiful sunrises and evening moon rises (literally). THIS location gives you easy access to all the small resort towns that surround this awesome 56 mile of Lake shoreline.

After renting properties in Northern Michigan lakes for several years we narrowed down where we wanted to be, Lake Charlevoix. WE finally pulled the trigger in 2010 when we found this property and it gave us everything we were looking for in a vacation property. Why Lake Charlevoix? Because after years of sampling Lakes in Northern Michigan, we came to realize that no better location exists or has to offer what Lake Charlevoix the Magnificent offers. 56 miles of beautiful shoreline. Quaint cities Charlevoix, Boyne City, East Jordan. Third largest inland Lake. Calm Side on south arm, big waves on North Arm. The infamous Ironton Ferry narrows. Access to Lake Michigan thru Round Lake off of Lake Charlevoix. Close to Petoskey, Traverse City etc. Close to Boyne Mountain for skiing, amazing golf courses all over. Amazing Restaurants. I could go on and on. As for our property in particular. It offered us space and versatility, on site boat slips, extra parking and storage space across the street, unobstructed views. South Arm allows for immediate access to the best area to go water skiing, wake boarding, wake surfing, knee boarding, tubing and more. Our boys can fish right off the dock. The condo environment allows for more vacation and less maintenance. Makes it much more affordable for us, which makes it more affordable for our guests. There really is no place else that offers what this Lake and location has to offer.
