All the best that Pebble Beach can offer is just a few steps away from this elegant residence that’s inside a premier gated community at the entrance of the Spanish Bay Resort and Golf Links. On one side of the residence, enjoy beautiful vistas of the Pacific Ocean, the dunes, and Asilomar Beach from the master bedroom, living room or patio; from the other side, take in views of the world-famous golf links at Spanish Bay.

The 3-bedroom, 3.5-bath, 3,200-square-foot residence, decorated in a coastal theme with tones of the sunset as well as celadon, coral and oceanic blues, features 10-foot vaulted ceilings, a dramatic curving staircase to the second floor, a large fully-equipped kitchen and breakfast nook in addition to a formal dining room, a wet bar, and several outdoor patios and balconies that take full advantage of the ocean views. Upon your arrival you will be greeted with complimentary hors d’oeuvres and wine or sparkling cider, tickets for a wine tasting at Scheid Vineyards’ tasting room in downtown Carmel-by-the-Sea and a basket of local information. An assigned concierge vacation house manager is available to assist you during your stay. We have also provided spa amenities in the bathrooms, spa robes and beach gear. The luxurious living room includes a gas fireplace with marble surround, a highboy game table with seating for four, and large windows with views of the ocean. A room that can be used either as a bedroom or den is also on the first floor with a sleeper sofa and 50-inch HDTV, with a half-bath next door. Also on this floor is the L-shaped kitchen with many extras, including a four-burner gas cooktop, a double oven, warming oven, and oversized refrigerator. A breakfast nook with seating for eight overlooks a peaceful courtyard with a water feature and 4 chairs around a firepit. A desk space is available with a TV to watch news or your favorite program, and a front-loading washer and dryer are enclosed behind folding doors. The adjacent dining room seats eight and has a handy wet bar. Upstairs, even more expansive ocean views can be enjoyed from the spacious master bedroom suite, which includes a king bed, 46-inch HDTV, sitting area, private balcony with bistro seating, large walk-in closet, and a gas fireplace. The master bath includes both a toilet and a bidet, as well as a deep jetted tub, a separate two-person shower with steam option, dual sinks, large mirror, and custom marble tile throughout. The two other bedrooms on this floor also have en suite baths; one bedroom has a queen bed and a private balcony, with a deep tub/shower combo and generous storage space in the bathroom, while the other has two twin beds that can be converted to a king and a shower in the bathroom. An ocean-front patio offers comfortable seating, table and chairs and a gourmet gas grill. Parking and room for golf and beach gear is available in the two-car garage. A small well-behaved dog <25lbs may be accepted upon Owner approval. Dogs should not be 'barky' due to close proximity of other townhomes. **There is an additional fee for pets**
